SHIPPING -

At this time we only offer a standard shipping method. We ship through a 3rd party supplier and at this time they only offer 2 different shipping methods. All orders are guaranteed within 5-7 business days. 

 

SHIPPING DELAYS - 

Sadly we cannot expect when delays happen. We will do our best to watch your order closely and email the email you provide with any additional information as we receive it.

 

RETURNS -

Returns have to be requested via email to Simplygraceful4@gmail.com. From there we will gather all appropriate information and decide if a return is eligible.
